Pryce Gearson, Tanker of the most illustrious of up-and-coming villainous allegiances, the Spider Bites. It's a difficult call which of the Spider Bites is the most outright dickish, but Pryce certainly tries his best in getting that title.
His main power set is Willpower, with ice melee as secondary. Basically, he's just some guy who is willful as all hell who ended up having to turn himself into a cyborg after a really cool/horrifying accident with a power suit. Of course, he could have done something positive with his self-forged second chance of life - but lol nope.
